# Aimé

> Aimé is the AI EHR assistant for psychiatrists and therapists. Clinicians speak; Aimé does the EHR work — drafting notes, updating the chart, scheduling, drafting inbox replies, and preparing payer documentation — inside the EHR they already use. Every write is shown for the clinician's approval, and every approved action leaves a receipt.

Aimé is built by AidMi Health, Inc. for behavioral-health workflows. It runs as a browser extension on top of 40+ web-based EHRs, so there is no chart migration and no second record system. Aimé prepares work and waits for approval — it never changes a chart on its own. PHI is encrypted and handled under HIPAA/BAA workflows, and patient data is not used to train foundation models.

## What Aimé does

- Before care: briefs the clinician on the patient, last session, meds, goals, risk signals, and rapport anchors.
- During care: captures key moments and surfaces evidence-backed prompts when asked.
- After care: drafts the note, prepares the EHR update, and saves a receipt.
- Between care: finds follow-up slots, drafts inbox replies, and prepares payer documentation.

## How approval and receipts work

- Aimé prepares every write and shows it before anything is saved, sent, or changed.
- The clinician can approve, edit, ignore, or redo each action.
- Every approved action produces a receipt recording what changed, where, the source, the time, and the status.

## Privacy and compliance

- PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest and stays within HIPAA/BAA workflows.
- Patient data is not used to train foundation models.
- A signed BAA is available on every plan before any PHI is processed.
